Eric has developed many successful Fintech businesses and programs for a variety of public and private financial service, retail, marketing, and commercial real estate firms over the last 25 years. Prior to founding Pepper Pay LLC, Eric was the Founder, President and CEO of Vision Payment Solutions Inc. (VPS), a global payment processing company for 13 years. Eric engineered the sale of VPS to EVO Payments International (NSDQ – EVOP) in 2017. Prior to founding VPS, Eric was a founding member at General Catalyst Partners, a Boston based Venture Capital firm and Management Company, focused on early stage and growth investments with more than $5 billion invested in companies like Kayak.com, Stripe, HubSpot, Airbnb and Warby Parker. Prior to General Catalyst, Eric served as Senior Vice President at Fleet Boston Financial Group (Bank of America), Bank of Boston, and Bay Bank Systems in the areas of strategic planning, electronic banking, product delivery, distribution, and mergers and acquisitions. Eric is also the founder of OST Venture Partners LLC, which makes early stage investments in Payments & Financial Technology Companies.
